Palm Health is hiring for a Vascular Outpatient Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.
This is a unique role. The candidate will be performing exams, consults, and follow ups in clinic for patients that have vascular issues (blockages) and refer them to be treated by the mobile unit.
This role will have travel involved to surrounding clinics in the area for patient consults. The clinics will all be within a short distance from another.

- 1 year of vascular experience required!
Responsibilities:
Perform physical examinations, Diagnose vascular conditions, and work ups.
Provide education to patients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications,
Manage patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems,
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care,
Follow up on patients after procedures.
