Job Description: Full-Time Permanent Advanced Practice Providers or Nurse Practitioners needed in Brooklyn, New York
We are actively seeking dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to join our healthcare team in the vibrant borough of Brooklyn, New York. As a Full-Time Permanent FNP Provider, you will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional and compassionate healthcare to the diverse and dynamic communities we serve. The ideal candidates will bring a passion for primary care, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centric approach to their practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with FNP certification.
- Current and unrestricted New York State FNP license.
- Proven experience as an FNP in a primary care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
