We are seeking Rad Techs
Northern Texas Community Hospital is looking for Rad Techs that have CT experience or are willing to learn CT. The team will train those that want to get cross-trained in CT (Computed Tomography).
Are you looking to get out of the big city for a little while or possibly explore the small-town lifestyle. This is your chance to work within a small-town family atmosphere.
To be considered you must be an experienced Rad Tech that is certified. Call would be required but flexible. Must be able to take calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform standard radiology and bone density procedures in accordance with hospital protocol.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements during imaging procedures
- Assist with patient preparation and positioning to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Maintain radiology equipment and report any malfunctions to the management team
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to evaluate radiographs and contribute to patient care plans
Qualifications:
- Certification or associate degree in radiologic technology from an accredited program
- Certified and registered as a Radiologic Technologist by the ARRT
- Licensed to practice in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various patient needs
