. 2 OH rooms at each hospital, TAVRs done in hybrid room. Call schedule: ideally 3 perfs at each hospital take call, every 6 weeks each one takes 14 days of call including 2 weekends (so essentially about a 33% call when fully staffed), Group is very supportive and helpful, full hospital and clinical orientation
