We are hiring an experienced Cardiovascular Manager for our Cardiac Surgery Dept in Beautiful Palm Springs, CA!

The candidate must have 2 years of supervisory experience in a cardiovascular service line.

This role will be heavily involved in operations of the Cardiac Surgery Department and supports the core functions of the cardiovascular service line to enable cost-effective, high quality, efficient, and safe patient care

The candidate shall be responsible for collaborating with key organizational and external stakeholders to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of operations through the provision of effective project management, operations management, and process improvement strategies and methods. Will implement, administer, and support assigned business systems under the guidance of senior members of the team

Candidate is required to have a BSN and CA RN license/Eligible to get one.
