We are hiring for an Experienced LISW or LPCC-S for a Director of Residential Services position with a very well known Cleveland area Behavioral Health group!

This Councilor will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision, management, and leadership for the agency’s residential housing services. This position supervises Managers and Coordinators. The Director of Residential and Housing Services has general responsibility for the development, implementation, operation, monitoring, and general direction of the service team and for the service delivery in a way that meets the needs of consumers, family members, payers, and the community utilizing a trauma-informed care approach. This position offers a day time schedule that can have a virtual component.
