We are expanding our Cardiac Surgery, Heart Failure, and Lung Transplant unit and seeking experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistants (PA) and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (ACNP) to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work in a renowned cardiothoracic surgery program alongside a dedicated team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care across CT Surgery Clinic, inpatient CVICU, and consult services
- Assist in preoperative and postoperative patient management
- perform consultations, rounds, and procedures as needed.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, intensivists, and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Participate in on-call rotations
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-Time, 4×10-Hour shifts per week with call coverage

Requirements:
- Texas Licensed Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
- Prior experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery required
- Strong background in cardiac surgery, heart failure, and lung transplant patient management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
