We’re a nationally recognized healthcare recruitment firm expanding our Locum Tenens Division, and we’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial Full Desk Physician Recruiters to grow new business while delivering top talent to our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Drive business development by identifying, prospecting, and securing new healthcare clients nationwide.

• Build and manage your own full desk — owning both client relationships and candidate pipelines.

• Recruit, qualify, and place physicians and surgeons in locum tenens assignments.

• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and providers.

• Maintain consistent outreach (calls, emails, meetings) to grow your book of business.

• Partner directly with hospital leadership, C-suite executives, and decision-makers.

• Track activity, manage pipelines, and stay organized in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Collaborate with leadership on market expansion and strategic growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of full desk recruitment, physician recruitment, or B2B sales/business development experience (healthcare strongly preferred).

• Proven ability or strong desire to generate new business and close deals.

• Highly competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and operate with urgency.

• Coachable, team-oriented, and motivated by performance and financial success.

• In-office preferred for collaboration and culture; remote considered for experienced full desk recruiters.
