Palm Health Resources, a premier healthcare staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a permanent position just outside of Chicago, IL This opportunity involves treating and first assisting in an Orthopedic personal injury setting.

· Monday through Friday with no weekends/call
· Candidate will be doing a mix of ortho surgery and clinic.
· Surgery days are usually Tuesday mornings.
· Duties consist of histories, On-site physical therapy, x-ray/MRI, and JCAHO accredited surgery center, recovery planning, first assist in the OR for personal injury and workers comp patients
· Prefers a candidate with a Illinois Lisc. in hand or in process
· Patient load is between 8-10 patients per day
· Salary is based on experience but does include a 5-10% unlimited bonus based on overall revenue.
