💼 What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for traveling medical staff, conducting welcome calls and guiding them through travel, timesheet, and expense processes.
- Book travel accommodations, manage airline rewards programs, and coordinate logistics with third-party vendors.
- Handle expense reporting and accounts receivable—including reconciling travel expenses and following up on client payments.
- Provide administrative support to our sales team and assist with billing, payroll, and vendor coordination.
- Organize and maintain accurate provider data, reports, and CRM/ATS notes.
- Identify inefficiencies or issues and communicate proactively with leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a professional, administrative setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with precision.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with billing or expense platforms.
- CRM/ATS experience is a plus.
- A customer-first attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
