We’re recruiting for a full-time CRNA position in Baltimore, Maryland, within a nationally recognized hospital known for high-acuity cases, cutting-edge procedures, and strong physician collaboration.
📍 Location – Baltimore, MD

🧠 Practice Setting & Scope
- High-volume, complex hospital environment
- Collaborative ACT model (approx. 4:1 supervision)
- Strong support structure with experienced anesthesiology team
Case Mix Includes:
- Neurosurgery (DBS, AVMs, aneurysms, advanced cranial/spine)
- Orthopedics & spine
- General surgery
- Urology
- Additional complex inpatient procedures
👉 No OB and no trauma call
️ Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 40 hours/week
- No call, no weekends, no holidays
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive base salary with strong total earning potential

Requirements
- NBCRNA certified (or eligible)
- Active or eligible for Maryland licensure
- BLS & ACLS required
- New graduates considered
