💼 What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to expert in CRNA Recruitment.
- Source, recruit and build relationships with CRNAs and Anesthesiologists across the country via calls, emails, texts, and online sleuthing.
- Manage and grow your own book of business — both client and candidate sides.
- Work with C-suite leaders, healthcare executives, and medical professionals to make ideal job matches.
- Cold call like a pro — bring that confident, energetic voice and make it count (50+ calls/day expected).
- Maintain a detailed, organized database of talent and opportunities.
- Collaborate on strategic market expansion and new business development.
🚨 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of CRNA experience with recruitment experience. *Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
- Proven success in B2B sales (also 2+ years).
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong typing/data entry skills and a love for multitasking.
- A go-getter attitude: competitive, focused, persuasive, and fast on your feet.
- Master communicator — written, verbal, and everything in between.
- Self-starter who knows how to hunt, close, and deliver.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing and excited to work in our office — we’re big on culture and collaboration.
