RN Practice Manager – Urology Clinic

- $58.43 – $90.50/hr + Sign-On Bonus
- Full-Time | Day Shift | 8-Hour Schedule

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse Practice Manager to lead our Urology Clinic! If you love combining patient care with leadership, mentoring staff, and making a difference in how a clinic runs day-to-day — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support your team — hire, train, coach, and develop staff
- Oversee clinic operations to keep things running smoothly
- Work with physicians and leadership to deliver top-quality care
- Keep the clinic ready for all regulatory standards
- Manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and supplies
- Drive improvements that make life better for patients, staff, and providers
What We’re Looking For:
- BSN or MSN
- California RN License + BLS (AHA required)
- 4+ years RN experience in an acute care setting
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in a clinic or had leadership roles (Charge RN, Supervisor, etc.)
