Cath Lab Registered Nurse – Advanced Cardiac & Structural Heart Program
Position Type: Full-time | 12-hour shifts | Light call rotation
Location: Southern California

Our team manages complex and high-risk cases with some of the most advanced cardiac procedures being performed today.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced Cath Lab RNs who bring:
- A California RN license (or eligible).
- At least 1 year of CVICU or critical care experience — essential for the hemodynamic expertise required in our lab.
- 2+ years of Cath Lab or EP experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- A stable work history (we value nurses seeking a long-term home, not just a stepping stone).
Qualifications & Certifications
- BLS and ACLS required.
- EKG/Dysrhythmia competency required.
- ADN, BSN, or Nursing Diploma accepted.
- Proficiency in:
- Hemodynamic monitoring and vasoactive drip management
- EKG, ABG, and electrolyte interpretation
- IABP, pacemakers (temporary/permanent), arterial line management, and advanced IV therapies
