🏥 Locum Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Cooperstown, New York
Palm Health Resources is seeking an Anesthesiologist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in beautiful Cooperstown, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to maximize your earnings as a 1099 provider while working with a collaborative anesthesia team in a supportive environment surrounded by one of New York’s most scenic regions.
🗓 Assignment Overview:
- Start Date: ASAP – ongoing contract
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00a start; 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available
- Call: No call required
- Caseload: Average 10 cases/day (higher volume on endoscopy days, up to 20–35 cases)
- Coverage: Supervise 2–3 CRNAs (rarely 4, for short periods)
- Team: Work alongside other anesthesiologists in a collegial model
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: ~120 days
💉 Clinical Scope:
- General surgery, orthopedics, urology, plastics, gynecology, neurosurgery, endoscopy, and healthy pediatrics
- ASA 2–3 patient population
- Exclusions: No cardiac cases
