OB Sonographer – High-Risk Maternal-Fetal Medicine

What You’ll Do
- Perform high-risk obstetric ultrasounds with perinatologists, including:
- First-trimester, detailed anatomy, and growth scans
- Transvaginal ultrasounds, maternal & fetal Doppler studies, BPP, and 3D imaging
- Fetal Echocardiography, Nuchal Translucency, and multiples
- Assist in procedures including ultrasound-guided amniocentesis/CVS
- Support physicians in the operating room for fetal procedures
- Provide education and compassionate care to patients and families
- Maintain safety, quality control, and compliance with AIUM, CLIA, and JC standards
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of an accredited Medical Ultrasound program
- ARDMS certification in OB/GYN (required within 6 months of hire)
- Certification in First Trimester Screening (within 1 year of hire)
- Certification in Fetal Echocardiogram (within 2 years of hire)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- 2+ years of OB ultrasound experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with advanced ultrasound equipment
- Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, high acuity setting
