Palm Health Resources is seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Rhinology team within the Department of Otolaryngology in Richmond, VA!

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside two experienced Rhinology specialists, providing comprehensive care for both adult and pediatric otolaryngology patients. Our team delivers evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a full range of nasal and sinus conditions, including chronic and recurrent sinusitis, nasal polyps, rhinitis, allergy, epistaxis, smell and taste disorders, cerebrospinal fluid leaks, skull base surgery, and sinus or nasal tumors.

The position offers a balance of independent and team-based clinical practice, with the opportunity for progressive autonomy based on experience and demonstrated competency. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary specialists in neurosurgery, ophthalmology, and allergy/immunology to coordinate patient care and drive quality outcomes.

Position Details

·        Provide comprehensive care for adult and pediatric patients with nasal and sinus disorders

·        Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration with neurosurgery, ophthalmology, and related specialties

·        Educate and counsel patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care

·        Maintain accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic medical record

·        No call responsibilities; Monday–Friday daytime schedule (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

Procedures May Include

·        Rigid nasal endoscopy (with or without debridement/biopsy)

·        Epistaxis management

·        Flexible laryngoscopy

·        Cerumen removal

·        Ear wick placement and removal

Qualifications

Required:

·        Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program with a master’s degree

·        VA License

·        BLS certification

Preferred:

·        1–2 years of experience in ENT, primary care, or a surgical specialty

·        Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

·        Demonstrated commitment to process improvement and clinical excellence
