Palm Health is seeking experienced Cardiovascular ICU APPs to join our dynamic cardiovascular team in the DMV area! We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles, with immediate start dates available upon credentialing.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-acuity cardiovascular ICU alongside a collaborative team of intensivists and surgical APPs. The ideal candidate will bring strong procedural skills, critical care experience, and a passion for cardiovascular recovery.
Position Details
- Specialty: Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU)
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: March 2026 (with potential for extension)
- Unit Size: 24 beds
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts; night shifts preferred
- On-call: None
- Daily Census: 4–12 patients; max 4 ICU-level patients
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited ACNP or PA program
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- ACLS certification required; CALS preferred
- Experience in cardiovascular recovery required
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
