Dermatologist – Coastal Florida Panhandle (Near AL Line & Pensacola)

A highly reputable, physician-owned dermatology group with more than 38 dermatologists across the Southeast is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a high-demand coastal practice in the beautiful Florida Panhandle.
Just 1 hour from the Alabama state line and 1 hour from Pensacola, this location offers sugar-white beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a relaxed Gulf Coast lifestyle—perfect for physicians seeking strong earning potential and exceptional quality of life.
Position Highlights
- Established, high-volume practice with exceptional stability
- Supportive team including 1 APP, 1 dedicated MA/Scribe, and MOHS Surgeon on-site 3 days/week
- General Dermatology with optional cosmetics
- 30–40 patients/day with full scribe and administrative support
- 100% outpatient with no call
- Flexible schedule: Mon–Thurs + optional half-day Friday
- Strong demand with a 2-month appointment backlog
Compensation & Benefits
- $360K–$420K base salary
- Earning potential 2.5–3× base
- 40–45% of collections
- Additional bonuses for APP oversight & cosmetic revenue

Who We’re Looking For
- MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Dermatology Residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Eligible for a Florida medical license
- Compassionate, patient-centered clinician
- Open to experienced Dermatologists or strong new graduates
