Pediatric Perfusionist – High-Acuity Travel Assignment in New Orleans!

- Contract: Travel / Locums – Ongoing
- Schedule: 2 Weeks/Month OR 7-On / 7-Off
- Compensation: Premium contractor rates $1000 to $1500 per day + guaranteed hours + call pay

This year alone, the team has already completed 24 ECMOs
Your expertise is needed and matters here.
Your Role
- Run perfusion for complex pediatric and congenital cardiac cases (with some adult coverage)
- Initiate ECMO when needed (team does not sit ECMO)
- Manage bypass, anticoagulation, hemodynamics, and myocardial protection
- Operate and maintain a full suite of perfusion equipment
- Keep meticulous records and support quality reporting
- Actively participate in a high-frequency call rotation
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced Pediatric Perfusionist
- ECMO initiation experience required
- ABCP Certified Clinical Perfusionist
- Louisiana state perfusion license (or ability to obtain in ~4 weeks)
- A true team player who embraces call, high-volume work, and a mission-driven environment
