Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting a Locum Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a high-acuity, hospital-based opportunity in Dayton, OH. 📅 Assignment Overview
- Start: August 2026
- Duration: ~3 months (through mid-November) with potential to extend
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00a–3:30p
- Call: None
- Setting: Hospital-based OR
- Volume: ~50–60 cases/day across the department
️ Clinical Scope
- Full-spectrum pediatric anesthesia (neonatal → adolescent, with some adult exposure)
- Broad case mix includes:
- General pediatric surgery
- Complex orthopedics
- Neurosurgery
- Thoracic (non-cardiac)
- Mix of:
- Hands-on cases
- Supervising CRNAs in a care team model
- Excludes cardiac and transplant cases

Requirements
- Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Active Ohio license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required
- Comfortable with:

- Complex surgical environments
