Job Opportunity: Permanent Cardiothoracic (CT) Surgeon
Palm Health Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established and growing surgical program. This is a permanent opportunity offering strong guaranteed compensation, excellent support infrastructure, and a clear pathway to partnership.
Job Details
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Northern Florida
Experience Required: 10+ years post-fellowship
Clinical Focus: Full-spectrum adult cardiac surgery required; thoracic surgery required. Vascular experience welcomed but not required.
Schedule & Call
- Call: 1 in 3 rotations
- Call coverage limited to a single hospital
- Balanced surgical, inpatient, and perioperative responsibilities
Partnership Track
- Eligible for partnership after 3 years
- Long-term stability with structured progression into ownership role
Support & Resources
- Dedicated full-time Physician Assistant supporting:
- Clinic operations
- Inpatient rounding
- Surgical assist
- Administrative and clinical workflow
- Strong hospital and OR support team
- Streamlined perioperative infrastructure to support high-acuity cardiac care
Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Year 1: 30 days
- Year 2: 32 days
- Year 3 and beyond: 35 days
- PTO caps at 35 days even after partnership
