Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Labor & Delivery APP Opportunity – Massachusetts
Locum Tenens | Flexible Ongoing Coverage | Epic EMR
A well-established regional medical center in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery APP for ongoing locum coverage. This opportunity is open to Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) or experienced Physician Assistants with Women’s Health/L&D experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative OB team in a supportive hospital environment with consistent scheduling needs and physician support always onsite.
Position Highlights:
- Ongoing locum opportunity
- Flexible scheduling
- 12–15 shifts available monthly
- Mix of day and night shifts
- 3 shifts/week averaging 40 hours
- Epic EMR
- Inpatient + outpatient responsibilities
- Travel assistance available
Clinical Scope:
- Labor & delivery management
- OB triage
- Postpartum rounding and discharges
- Assist with C-sections
- Episiotomy/laceration repairs
- Support GYN cases as needed
- Work collaboratively with onsite laborist physicians
Schedule Options:
- 7:00 AM – 8:15 PM
- 7:00 PM – 8:15 AM
- Rotating weekends, nights, and holidays
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts license
- DEA and CSR required
- Labor & Delivery experience required
