Quick Clinical Snapshot
- The Team: 1 Manager + 3 staff perfusionists. Supportive, tight-knit, and collaborative.
- The Cases: ~450 diverse adult cases region-wide (CABG, Valves, Dissections, Minimally Invasive, HIPEC). No transplants.
- ECMO: Nursing takes the lead as primary; Perfusion provides expert support.
- Call & Travel: 50% shared call among 4 tech-forward providers (2nd call enjoys a relaxed response time). ~25% local travel.
Requirements
- ABCP Certified or Board-Eligible.
- Strong focus on clinical quality and seamless OR teamwork.
- Live within 30 minutes of the primary regional facility.
