Locums – Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (NSICU) NP/PA
Facility/Location: Palm Health Resources Client near Willow Creek

Compensation: Rates based on experience
Target Candidate: A Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience and the ability to perform ICU-level care, comfortable responding to codes and managing a high-acuity neuroscience ICU population.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
This is an inpatient-only NSICU role. Nurse practitioners must hold the required acute care certification; physician assistants must meet the applicable credentialing requirements. All candidates must be able to respond to codes and perform ICU-level procedures. No ER backup is provided, and there is no call.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient-only NSICU coverage
- Perform ICU-level care for a complex neuroscience patient population
- Respond to codes as part of the care team
- No ER backup support provided

Required Certifications
- Acute Care Certification (NPs) or applicable credentialing (PAs) — required
- ACLS, BLS from AHA (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
