🔹 Position Highlights:
- Earn $210K–$257K+ annually (W-2)
- Work just 3 or 4 days per week – full-time hours with extended shifts available
- No call, no nights, no mandatory weekends
- OT & weekend premiums available if desired

🔹 Practice Environment:
- Large, academic-based facility with over 30 ORs and additional off-site procedure areas
- Diverse mix of surgical cases including general, ortho, neuro, vascular, trauma, OB, GI, IR, and more
- Subspecialty teams in OB, pediatrics, regionals, and outpatient centers — choose your areas of focus after 6 months
- No required regional blocks unless you choose to join that team
- Support from anesthesia techs, residents, SRNAs, and MDs – strong team presence without micromanagement
