💼 Position Overview
As a CRNA, you will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists to provide safe, efficient anesthesia and analgesia care for surgical and obstetrical patients across both hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings. CRNAs are valued clinical partners and are encouraged to integrate education, leadership, research, and consultation into their roles.
You’ll practice in a medically directed model with a strong culture of mutual respect among CRNAs, anesthesiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
🗓️ Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Shift Options: 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-hour shifts available
- Self-scheduling for maximum flexibility
- Call:
- One overnight call shift per month
- Guaranteed post-call day off
- Call hours count toward the 40-hour work week
- Weekends: One weekend per month
- Designed to support work-life balance, not burnout
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Starting at $230,000+
- Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
- SRNA Stipend: Up to $2,000/month for up to 12 months while completing training
- Pay Differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends
