• 2 CRNAs & 1 Anesthesiologist

• 8s, 10s, or 12s & No Call
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• Board Certification: CRNA
• State License: Pennsylvania
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks
