We are seeking Certified Nurse Midwife for a well-known health care systems that serves Virginia and Eastern North Carolina.
The community hospital services the Virgina Shenandoah Valley area and specializes in behavioral health, cancer care, heart and vascular services, emergency medicine, maternity services, women’s health, neurology, orthopedics, pulmonology, wound healing, and weight loss surgery.

We are looking for a flexible, energetic, passionate, highly motivated candidate who demonstrates strong relationship building skills, strong clinical skills and the desire to build the program. We are offering awesome compensation for your time. You will have full autonomy of births, and Physician support at all times for high-risk births.
Responsibilities:
- Provider full scope obstetrical and well-women gynecological care in a clinical practice
- Rotating Call to include 7-8 days per months
- Hospital rounding with supportive and collaborative OB/GYN physicians
- Inpatient Deliveries
- Providing full scope obstetrical and well-women gynecological care in a clinical practice

To Qualify for this opportunity:
- 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery necessary
- Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of Virginia
- Must be Certified as a Nurse Midwife is required.
- Must be flexible with schedule
- Must be a Team player and Adaptable.
Will consider Temp to Perm and Permanent candidates.
