We are hiring an Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to join an established group in Aberdeen, NC !
This is an Neurosurgery position where the newly hired candidate will be a vital part of the OR team. The newly hired candidate must be Board Certified, and an active North Carolina license is preferred. The provider will be building their own patient panel and eventually need to work with autonomy. Duties include histories, medication management, new patient consults, inpatient rounding, surgical first assist, etc. The newly hired must feel comfortable seeing all ages. This is a Monday through Friday schedule with shared call between the providers. Familiarity with Epic is preferred. - Schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends and shared call
- The practice priorities in Neurosurgery and Spine
- Must have 2 plus years of experience as a Advanced practitioner in an Neurosurgery/orthopedic surgery setting is required
- CME, 3 Retirement plan options, relocation stipend
- Must be able to see all ages and work with autonomy in a busy environment
- Eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
