Due to the expansion of services our state-of-the-art laboratory is hiring Clinical Laboratory Scientists (chemistry and microbiology). Our magnet status healthcare facility is in picturesque Palm Springs, CA. The laboratory is equipped with the latest technological advancements in equipment and software. Our staff is well-rounded and believes in teamwork.

Schedule: CLS Chemistry (varies) CLS Microbiology (M-F Days)

Position overview: Performs, verifies and reports laboratory tests. Supervises and verifies work of non-licensed personnel. Performs Lab Assistant and Lab Technical Aide responsibilities as required. Provides appropriate education for staff and students. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required: CA approved equivalency of CLS; BS and 12-month internship at school of med technology

License/Certification: CA state CLS license ASCP or equivalent

*McKesson LIS experience is preferred
