Salary: $110.00 – $125.00

Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced cardiothoracic physician assistant at one of the most high profile health systems in the nation located in Beautiful Los Angeles, California !

• 13 week assignment starting in June!
• $110-125 per hour! Paid Mal Practice, Housing, Travel, Mileage/Rental Car and MUCH MORE!
• 6a-6p (12 hour shift) x3 days/week
• weeknight call x 2 or more per month
• weekend call 1-2 per month, including holidays
• endoscopic vein harvest skill required
• minimum 2 years’ experience assisting in CVOR

• CA PA License and Board Certification -required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Cardiac Surgery PA with endo vein harvesting skill required and endo artery harvesting skill preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience with surgical assisting in the OR -required
• Knowledge of cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology- required
• Skill in physical assessment and nursing care of cardiac surgery patients- required
• BLS and ACLS certifications from ARC or AHA-required
