🏥 CRNA Opportunity – Full-Time | Baltimore, MD | No Call / No Weekends

We’re recruiting for a full-time CRNA position in Baltimore, Maryland, within a nationally recognized hospital known for high-acuity cases, cutting-edge procedures, and strong physician collaboration.

📍 Location – Baltimore, MD

• Prime East Coast metro with easy access to Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and NYC
• Waterfront city with vibrant dining, sports, and culture
• Convenient travel via major airports and rail

🧠 Practice Setting & Scope

• High-volume, complex hospital environment
• Collaborative ACT model (approx. 4:1 supervision)
• Strong support structure with experienced anesthesiology team

Case Mix Includes:

• Neurosurgery (DBS, AVMs, aneurysms, advanced cranial/spine)
• Orthopedics & spine
• General surgery
• Urology
• Additional complex inpatient procedures

👉 No OB and no trauma call

️ Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 40 hours/week
• No call, no weekends, no holidays

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Highly competitive base salary with strong total earning potential
• Sign-on bonus + additional incentive opportunities
• Overtime available at premium rates

Requirements

• NBCRNA certified (or eligible)
• Active or eligible for Maryland licensure
• BLS & ACLS required
• New graduates considered
