We are hiring for a 26-week locum assignment for a neurosurgery NP or PA at a hospital-based spine and neurosciences program in central Wisconsin, about 30 minutes from Stevens Point. I thought you might be a great fit.

Assignment overview

• 26-week assignment
• Coverage is 2 to 3 weeks per month, and the exact weeks may change based on the employed NP and PA team's needs
• You'll split your time between inpatient rounding and clinic
• The neurosurgery clinic is inside the hospital, on the 3rd floor
• Clinic schedules are flexible, with either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days per week

What you'll be doing

• Inpatient rounding, where volumes vary
• Seeing 8 to 10 scheduled clinic patients per day

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Neurosurgery experience
