Palm Health Resources is hiring a PERMANENT Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for Hospital Based Group near Lakeland, Florida, one of the fastest growing areas in the US, located between Orlando and Tampa!

Model of Care: Hybrid Clinic + Inpatient

• Clinic Work on non-call days
• In hospital only on call days, roughly 2-4 call shifts per month (24-hour, onsite, first call)
• Physician takes backup call from home
• Rotating weekends
• 160-168 patient-facing hours per month
• Assist physicians with deliveries and emergencies in the hospital while on call
• Experienced team of 4 OBGYNs, 5 CNMs and an APRN, plus an established referral base of 130+ multispecialty clinicians

Who We're Looking For:

• AMCB Certified Nurse Midwife
• Inpatient CNM experience/training strongly preferred, so you are equipped to handle stressful, emergent complications
• Comfortable in both the clinic and inpatient settings
