We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Trauma Non-Surgical ACNP or PA-C to join a high-performing multidisciplinary trauma service dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Schedules: 3x 12-hour shifts; inquire about shifts

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for trauma patients
- Manage non-surgical trauma admissions, consultations, and follow-up care
- Coordinate care with trauma surgeons, intensivists, nursing staff, and ancillary services
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies
- Perform procedures within scope of practice
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning
- Provide patient and family education
Qualifications:
- Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
- Active state licensure or eligibility
- Trauma, acute care, emergency medicine, or critical care experience preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- ATLS certification preferred
