Palm Health is excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join a growing and comprehensive cardiovascular program. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-supported, physician-focused environment with strong clinical infrastructure, collaborative leadership, and expanding electrophysiology services
Electrophysiology Focus
The incoming EP will provide full-scope electrophysiology care, including:
- Device implantation and management:
- Pacemakers
- ICDs
- Loop recorders
- Advanced EP procedures:
- Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter ablations
- SVT ablations
- Ventricular tachycardia ablations
- Structural heart involvement:
- Watchman procedures
The program is comprehensive in scope, though it does not include ECMO, LVAD, or transplant services.
Practice Environment
This is a new EP position created to support program growth and increasing clinical demand, offering immediate volume and strong system support.
- Established cardiovascular service line with expanding EP capabilities
- Shared care model with advanced practice clinicians (APCs), RNs, MAs, and dedicated scheduling support
- Integrated inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Balanced clinical structure with EP lab and clinic time
- Efficient outpatient scheduling model (new and established patient templates)
- No current EP call requirement
Clinical Infrastructure
- Multiple modern cath labs and hybrid OR capabilities
- Accredited cardiovascular and chest pain programs
- Advanced imaging support including cardiac CTA and cardiac MRI
- Fully integrated electronic medical record system
- Strong multidisciplinary cardiovascular team with interventional and structural heart collaboration
Team & Growth Environment
The cardiovascular program includes both established and growing service lines with a focus on long-term expansion of electrophysiology and structural heart services. The team includes an existing EP physician and a broader cardiology network supporting a large regional patient base.
The program has undergone significant transformation in recent years, including:
- Expansion of interventional and structural heart services

- Reduction in reliance on locum coverage
