Locum Interventional Cardiologist needed near Sedona, AZ!

🚫 NO CALL. Monday through Friday only. Coverage weeks run through all of 2027. Pick your weeks in advance!

A Cardiovascular Institute in Arizona's Verde Valley needs a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist for ongoing coverage of STEMI and cardiology consults. It's a weekday-only schedule with no call, about 20 minutes from Sedona's red rocks.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm, with no call and no weekends
• 30-minute unpaid lunch

Coverage dates for 2027, let's connect and lock in your weeks!

• January 25–29
• February 8–12, 15–19, and 22–26
• March 8–12, 22–26, and March 29 – April 2
• April 19–23
• May 24–28
• June 28 – July 2 and July 5–9
• August 16–20 and August 30 – September 3
• September 13–17
• October 25–29
• November 1–5, 22–26, and November 29 – December 3
• December 20–24 and 27–31

What you'll be doing

• STEMI coverage and cardiology consults, with no CT surgery backup on site
• 8 to 14 hospital consults per day
• 1 to 2 TEEs per day
• 18 to 24 clinic patients per day

Support and setting

• Hospital and clinic practice
• You'll have MA, PCT, nurse, and in-house PA support
• The EMR is Cerner

Requirements

• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• An Arizona license (if you don't have one yet, there's time to get it)
• Current ACLS and BLS
