Palm Health Resources is seeking an Experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join their team for a full-time permanent opportunity!
About the Role:
Join a dynamic Emergency Department at a regional hospital serving seven surrounding countries. Level 3 Trauma center, offering a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where you will work alongside board-certified Emergency Medicine Physicians and a dedicated team of nurses and techs. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with RVU-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
What You'll Do:
- Provide patient care in both fast track and main ER settings
- Perform sutures, splinting, and other essential ER procedures (no intubation required).
- Manage a diverse patient population, with daily volumes ranging from 125-185 patients.
- Work collaboratively with on-site MDs (24/7 coverage) and a strong support team of RNs and techs.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years experience preferred.
- Certified NP or PA with ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications (BLS not required with ACLS).
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Direct ER experience required.
