Certified Medical Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist / MLT – Critical Access Hospital – West of St. Louis, MO

We are seeking a Certified Medical Technologist (MT/CLS/MLS/MLT) to join a dynamic team at a well-respected Critical Access Hospital just west of St. Louis, MO. This modern facility provides a broad range of services, including emergency care, surgery, rehabilitation, sleep studies, and more—delivering top-quality care in a state-of-the-art, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights:

• Shift over night 6:30p to 6:30a
• Work in a collaborative, hands-on lab environment with a team of 10–15 professionals, including Medical Technologists, Medical Assistants, and Phlebotomists.
• Play an essential role in the lab’s daily operations, including hematology, clinical chemistry, coagulation analysis, urinalysis, inventory management, and supply ordering.
• No Antibody ID required. Some Blood Banking involved.

What You Bring:

• Certification: ASCP or AMT (Generalist). Microbiology experience is a plus but not required.
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in multiple lab areas (Hematology, Microbiology, PCR, Blood Gases, Coagulation).
• Team-Oriented: Flexible and collaborative, able to support various roles within the lab.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain lab equipment.
