National Account Manager-Advanced Practice Providers
Location: On-site | Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Remote considered for candidates with proven track record)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and accomplished National Account Manager for our Advanced Practice Provider division, to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for healthcare recruiting and business development. You will lead strategic initiatives in business development, client relationship management, marketing, and full-cycle recruiting—specifically focused on Advanced Practice Providers, including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, CRNAs, APRNs, and related roles.

What You’ll Do
You’ll own the entire recruitment life cycle for the Advanced Practice Division—from generating business to closing placements. You'll work cross-functionally between client development and candidate engagement, acting as a strategic partner and advisor on both ends.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Account Management
- Identify, prospect, and build lasting relationships with new healthcare facilities across the U.S.
- Open and manage job requisitions, negotiate contracts, and manage existing accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Develop market strategies and value propositions that differentiate Palm Health Resources in a competitive space.
- Candidate Recruitment & Placement
- Source, screen, and match high-caliber Advanced Practice Professional Healthcare workers with client opportunities using cold calling, texting, email campaigns, and database mining.
- Navigate credentialing, licensing, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth, timely placements.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM and multiple platforms to manage workflows, track activity, and build robust talent pipelines.
- Relationship Management & Sales
- Build deep, consultative relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Proactively problem-solve and present strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
- Meet or exceed performance targets while providing an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of recruitment experience specifically with Advanced Practice Providers
- 3+ years of B2B sales and/or healthcare business development experience
- Demonstrated success managing the full desk: business development, account management, and recruiting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making 50+ calls per day and managing multiple workflows simultaneously

Office Culture
This is an in-office role, located in vibrant Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Office hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday. While we strongly value in-office collaboration, remote work is considered for experienced recruiters located 200+ miles from the office with a proven billing track record in locum tenens and permanent staffing.
