Locum CRNA Opportunity | New Surgery Center in Greenville, SC | No Call | Flexible Scheduling
A newly opened, high-tech ambulatory surgery center in Greenville, SC is seeking experienced locum CRNAs to support its expanding anesthesia team. This role is primarily based at the surgery center, with the possibility of floating to two nearby hospital-affiliated locations. The assignment offers an excellent mix of outpatient surgical volume, efficient staffing, and a no-call model in a highly livable market.
Assignment Overview:
Start Date: July 2025
Duration: Ongoing
Location: Greenville, SC (multiple sites within city limits)
Primary Site: Newly built surgery center focused on outpatient orthopedic, ENT, and pain procedures
Floating: May be asked to float to two nearby affiliated hospital campuses (advance notice provided)
Shifts: Most CRNAs work 8- or 10-hour shifts; 12s, 16s, and 24s also available
Evening (3p–11p) and weekend shifts optional
Call: Not required
Volume: ~36–46 total cases/day system-wide (15–20 per site)
Case & Practice Details:
Cases: General surgery, pain management, GI endoscopy, ENT (healthy peds), ortho
No OB, cardiac, regionals, or central line placement
CRNAs manage ventilation and arterial lines
Supervised ACT model (4:1 ratio); physicians perform blocks
EMR: Epic
ORs: 26 across all sites
Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified (AANA)
Active South Carolina license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Prior experience in general surgical and outpatient anesthesia
Local or regional providers preferred
Travel & Compensation:
Rate in the $200-$250/hour range depending on commitment/arrangement
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
Hotel accommodations provided if needed
Full contractor support and malpractice insurance available
