CRNA Opportunity – Premier Academic Health System | Baltimore, MD | Full-Time
A nationally ranked academic health system in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a highly collaborative and advanced anesthesia care team. Position Highlights
Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday), 40 hours/week
Environment: Large academic medical center with trauma designation
Model: Supervised care (4:1 ratio) with anesthesiologists performing blocks
Start Date: Flexible, based on credentialing
EMR: Epic
Case Types & Scope
Join a team performing a broad mix of high-acuity procedures, including:
Neurosurgery: Craniotomies, aneurysm interventions, deep brain stimulation, pituitary resections, AVMs
Other Core Specialties:
Orthopedic Surgery
Spine
Urology
General Surgery
CRNAs are expected to provide independent management of induction, maintenance, emergence, and ventilation—within a structured, team-based system that values autonomy and clinical excellence.
Candidate Requirements
Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
Master’s degree (if certified post-2008)
Active Maryland RN and CRNA licenses (or eligibility)
BLS and ACLS certifications
Inpatient OR experience required
