Cardiac Cath Lab Manager – M–F, No Weekends | $15K Sign-On & Relocation Bonus
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends or On-Call
Relocation + Sign-On Bonus up to $15,000
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to lead a high-volume, three-lab cardiovascular program. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Nurse (RN), or highly skilled senior/lead Cath Lab Technologist ready to transition into management.
Ideal candidates will have extensive Cath Lab experience and a strong operational or fiscal background—preferably with exposure to multiple programs. We especially welcome out-of-state professionals who can bring fresh perspectives and proven best practices to our team.
This leadership role is approximately 80% administrative and <20% clinical, with minimal direct patient care (primarily for quality control or occasional support). You’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring accurate CPT capture, managing budgets, and optimizing supply utilization as we transition from a fixed-income model to a per-patient billing structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a busy Cath Lab program
- Hire, train, and develop clinical and technical staff
- Lead inventory control and fiscal management initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflow, efficiency, and quality metrics
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of patient care
- Drive CPT captures accuracy and supply cost control measures
Qualifications
Required:
- RCIS, RN, or Registered Radiologic Technologist with significant Cath Lab experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong operational and/or fiscal management skills
Preferred:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Experience as a travel tech or in multiple Cath Lab settings
- Leadership experience (formal or informal)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends or call. Flexible options may be available.
Compensation: Competitive salary, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus up to $15,000 (combined) for a 2-year commitment.
