🏥 Locum CRNA Opportunity – Baltimore, MD | No Call / No Nights / Long-Term

Palm Health Resources is recruiting a Locum CRNA for a premier, high-acuity hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, offering consistent weekday coverage, strong clinical exposure, and long-term stability.

• Baltimore metro with easy access to Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and NYC

️ Schedule & Coverage

• Start: As soon as credentialed (30–90 days depending on licensure)
• Commitment: 6+ months (end of year or longer preferred)
• Minimum: 30+ hours/week
• Monday–Friday scheduling
• Shift options: 10s, 12s, 14s
• No nights, no call, no weekends, no holidays

🧠 Practice Setting & Scope

• High-acuity inpatient hospital environment (Level I trauma setting)
• Care team / medical supervision model (~2–3:1 ratio)
• Strong physician support with expectation of independent clinical capability

Case Mix Includes:

• Neurosurgery (DBS, AVMs, aneurysms, cranial/spine)
• Orthopedics & spine
• General surgery
• Urology
• Additional complex inpatient procedures

👉 No OB and no regional blocks required

🛠️ Clinical Expectations

• Comfortable managing high-acuity, complex patients (not outpatient-focused)
• Proficient in:
  • Intubation (DL & video)
  • Arterial line placement
  • IV access
• Ability to manage multiple drips and work independently within a team model

Requirements

• Active Maryland CRNA license (required)
• NBCRNA certified (or in process)
• BLS & ACLS required
• Strong inpatient experience preferred
• Local candidates strongly preferred

💰 Compensation

• Competitive 1099 rates – negotiable based on commitment and availability
