About the Practice:

A well-established and respected outpatient primary care group in the greater Atlanta area is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join their growing team. This is an adult-only, outpatient-focused position with a strong emphasis on continuity of care, preventive medicine, and provider work-life harmony.

The group is located in a vibrant suburban community just north of Atlanta—offering excellent schools, a thriving family-friendly atmosphere, and easy access to world-class amenities.

Position Overview:

This full-time opportunity is ideal for physicians looking to practice high-quality, relationship-based medicine in a supportive and tech-enabled practice setting. Providers enjoy generous support staff, efficient EMR systems, and a manageable daily patient volume—allowing for thoughtful, unrushed care.

Schedule & Operational Details:

• Workweek: 4.5-day schedule, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Office Closed: Weekends and major holidays
• Patient Volume: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour
• Call: Minimal and phone-only

Scope of Practice:

• Manage both chronic and acute adult conditions
• Focus on preventive care and wellness planning
• Utilize EClinicalWorks EMR and Medical Dragon One dictation
• Collaborate with an excellent in-network group of subspecialists
• Maintain up-to-date coding practices with ICD-10 and E/M guidelines

Candidate Profile:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Adult Only)
• Active or eligible Georgia medical license
• Strong interpersonal skills, bedside manner, and patient-first mindset
• Proficient in documentation and coding best practices
• Seeking a long-term position in a collaborative, growth-focused environment
