Locum CRNA Opportunities – Southwest Virginia (Roanoke Valley)

$200–$250+/hr (1099; based on hours & commitment) • Weekdays only • Multiple openings

Term: October 2025 – March 2026 (projected start 10/1/2025)

Palm Health Resources is staffing weekday CRNA coverage at a well-regarded regional medical center in the Roanoke/Salem area of southwest Virginia. This is a care-team model with balanced case variety, reliable schedules, and a supportive OR culture.

The Work

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00a–3:00p (8-hour shifts)
• No call, no nights, no weekends
• Care Team: Medically directed by anesthesiologists
• Volumes/Setup: ~25–35 cases/day; 11 ORs + 2 CVORs
• Cases: General surgery, endoscopy, GYN, ortho, spine, Da Vinci robotics, urology, ENT, breast, plastics, pain; anesthesia also covers L&D
  • No cardiac; epidural or PNB experience not required
  • Spinal experience preferred (not required)
• EMR/Charting: MEDITECH; paper anesthesia records
• Experience: BE/BC with NBCRNA; new grads welcome (all cases under medical direction)

Credentialing & Onboarding

• Temporary/Emergency privileges: Available at MSO discretion (case-by-case); +/- 30 days or less
• Orientation: Brief walkthrough (often a day or two prior)
