Experienced LOCUM Cardiothoracic Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners wanted for a full-time assignment in Virginia! Our cardiac surgery is a full team endeavor that works across disciplines to ensure the very best for our heart surgery patients. Total team atmosphere!
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 4 months to start! And if goes well, it will extend!
Role Expectations: Call coverage, 24/7, along with seeing patients in the clinic, rounding on inpatients, and working in the CVOR with the CT surgeon. Capability to take vein during procedures (function as a First Assist).
Requirements:
· Eligible for Virginia State License
· Active APP board certification
· Active Life Supports: BCLS, ACLS
· Experience in cardiac and thoracic surgery first assisting
