Palm Health Resources has partnered with a Renown Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, to recruit an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (ACNP or PA-C) to join their elite Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team.

Role Snapshot:
- Night Shift Schedule: 13-hour shifts (6p–7a), rotation including weekends and holidays.
- Provide direct care for cardiac and CT surgery ICU patients.
- Perform advanced procedures, admissions, and consults in collaboration with attending physicians.
- Participate in education, performance improvement, and clinical research initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- ACNP, AGACNP, or PA-C with North Carolina license (or eligibility).
- 2+ years of experience in ICU, CTICU, or cardiac critical care preferred.
- Experience with mechanical circulatory support and post-operative cardiac management is a plus.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and passionate about evidence-based care.
