Orthopedic Hand Surgeon
Locum to Hire | Established Practice | Hudson Valley, NY
An established orthopedic program in New York’s Hudson Valley is seeking a Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to step into a thriving practice due to an upcoming retirement.
This opportunity allows a surgeon to transition into a well-built practice with an existing patient base and strong regional referrals.

Clinical Focus:
The incoming surgeon will treat a wide spectrum of hand and upper extremity conditions, including:
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Wrist and hand fractures
- Tendinitis and repetitive motion injuries
- Dupuytren’s contracture
- Peripheral nerve compression
- Arthritis of the hand and wrist
- Tendon injuries
Many of these conditions can be treated through minimally invasive procedures, injections, and outpatient surgery.
Ideal Background:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
- Fellowship training in Hand Surgery or Upper Extremity
- Experience with both operative and non-operative treatment approaches
Location:
Practice in the Hudson Valley of New York, offering:

Start Timeline:
The incoming surgeon will begin locum coverage within the next 6 months and have the option to transition into a permanent role.
